At Cadeau + Bliss, we take pride in curating high-quality gift hampers with care and attention to detail. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
1. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable and customised nature of our gift hampers, we do not accept returns. However, we offer store credit under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your hamper arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong hamper, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll issue store credit or arrange a replacement.
- Non-Delivery: If your hamper hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, we’ll investigate and offer store credit as a resolution.
2. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, a store credit will be issued in the form of a Cadeau + Bliss Gift Voucher for the value of your order. This can be used for future purchases on our website. Please note:
- Store credit does not expire and can be used on any product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds to original payment methods (e.g., credit cards, PayPal).
3. Exchanges & Replacements
If your gift hamper is eligible for a replacement, we will send out a new hamper at no additional cost.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for store credit.
- After this window, cancellations may not be possible, especially for personalised hampers.
