Return + Refunds

At Cadeau + Bliss, we take great care in preparing and delivering every  gift. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you to find a fair and timely resolution.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A replacement gift

  • Store credit

  • A refund where required under Australian Consumer Law

Change of Mind

Due to the customised, personalised and perishable nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production or dispatch has not commenced.

Depending on the circumstances, cancellations may be offered as store credit or a refund.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or alternative resolution.

Store Credit

Where store credit is issued, it will be provided in the form of a Cadeau + Bliss Gift Voucher.

  • Redeemable online

  • Non-transferable

  • No expiry date
