Created by Greenacres Disability Services, a not-for-profit social enterprise, IMAGINE’s story began in 1953 when a group of visionary parents in Wollongong believed in something extraordinary: that their children with disability could have access to quality education and the same opportunities as anyone else.

That small school quickly became a beacon of possibility. Over the decades, Greenacres expanded its support to include meaningful activities + employment opportunities. In 1986, they championed employment rights for supported employees, leading the way towards a fair + inclusive work environment.

Today, Greenacres is a leading NDIS-registered provider + charity, empowering over 200 people with disability to embrace their fullest potential, guided by their own aspirations. The IMAGINE brand reflects that same spirit of inclusivity, community + purpose.
